I visited the house from Short Circuit in Astoria, OR a couple of years ago. The view and area are beautiful. They had a cutout of Johnny 5 in the window of the front door, so there’s no mistaking the location. “INPUT!” 😂

One of my favourite movies from the 80s is **”Trading Places”** from **1983** with **Eddie Murphy and Dan Aykroyd**. I watch it at least once a year, usually around Christmas :o) In the first scene Billy Ray Valentine/Eddie Murphy is pretending to be disabled. The cops however know his trick already. The scene was recorded at Rittenhouse square at the corner of S 18th Street and Locust Street in downtown Philadelphia.
