Dog Cries Real Tears After Dad Has No Choice But To Leave Him At The Shelter
Blue bear’s father had been his only home for the previous 11 years, but that all changed last week.
Blue bear’s father could not find a place to stay, so the big Mastiff ended up at Trenton Peters rock. The Blue Bear was confused why he was in a shelter and why his father did not stop crying. He barked and barked, terrifying the staff at the shelter until his father urged him to sit down and Danielle glito approached him.
Glieto, the manager of Trenton Peters Rock, told The Dodo bird, ” I walked up to him and he immediately put his head in my waist and let me touch him. “It was simply devastating,”the narrator adds.
The Blue Bear was not violent, as glito realized; he was simply perplexed and unhappy. The owner of the Blue Bear was assured that the dog would not have to spend the night in the shelter, so glito set out to find him in a foster home. Blue bear began to mourn because he was torn from his family.
“We tried to put the blue bear in a cage just to get our directions and make some calls, and he was really upset,”added glieto. “So we brought him inside the office and he sat on my lap.”
“He would walk to the door and sit in front of him crying every time he cried,”she added. “When he turned around, tears were pouring down his cheeks. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I was in tears.”
Glito tells blue bear that she will not leave the shelter until he finds a temporary home that night. The blue bear weighed 130 pounds and had terrible arthritis in his hind legs, so I realized that it would not be easy to put him down.
Glito released a live video on Facebook of the Blue Bear started and calls and comments started pouring in from all over the country.
Fortunately, Madison, a local babysitter, watched the terrible video and volunteered to take the blue bear so he could start relaxing. Blue bear eventually began to relax in Madison’s House.
“We put a pillow on the floor, he put his head on it, Madison and I sat down with him, hugged him and spent some time with him,”recalls glito. “He’s a wonderful darling.”He reminds me of a gentle giant.”
Glito is still in contact with blue bear’s father, but she is working to give Blue Bear a suitable place to spend his golden years while his position is still unstable.
“We’ll put him in the nursery for a bit to give him a chance to decompress,”says the mother. “We will start looking for a home with someone who is familiar with large breed dogs after the vet has examined him and we know his requirements, we will put him on vitamins and maybe acupuncture.”
Trenton animals Rock is just one example of how they strive to support the creatures in their neighborhood.
“Many people in this city do not realize that this is a shelter that does not kill, so they are afraid to contact us,”she adds. “We have sought to make this shelter a more community-friendly place, proving that we can be a resource. They shouldn’t be afraid to ask for help before it’s too late.”
While the fate of the Blue Bear remains unknown, one thing is certain: No More Tears will be shed.
