The Traveling Wilburys were a British-American supergroup active from 1988 to 1991, featuring Bob Dylan, George Harrison, Jeff Lynne, Roy Orbison, and Tom Petty. Formed during sessions for Harrison’s 1987 album, they created the hit “Handle with Care,” leading to their debut album, Traveling Wilburys Vol. 1, a critical and commercial success.
